The procedure to return a product purchased in our online store is as follows:

  • 1. Send an email to hello@carolunabrand.com requesting the return of the product within 14 business days from the date you received the package, leaving us in writing the reason for the return and the order number.
  • 2. The products that are returned must be packaged:
    • - In the same way that you received it, along with any type of accessory included in the original package, the garments that you return must not be used, washed or damaged in any way.
    • - With all labels and original packaging.
  • 3. Contact an authorized parcel service or a local mail service and send the package to the address they will give you as soon as you send the email requesting the return.
  • 4. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where the product is defective, Caro Luna assumes the full cost of the return and / or exchange.

Once the return is approved, the value of the purchase will be reimbursed with a personal code and without an expiration date. This code can be used for the purchase of any Caro Luna products.

In the case of receiving the wrong product that had been ordered, or receiving a poor quality product, please contact hello@carolunabrand.com. We will organize the return and / or the exchange, Caro Luna will bear the shipping and return costs. Returns with an unpaid shipment will not be accepted.
